This Delivery Policy explains how and when TRIP A GO GO LTD (Company No. 15127689), of Dept 6134a 126 East Ferry Road, Canary Wharf, London, United Kingdom, E14 9FP, delivers the digital content and services (“Services”) offered through https://yourtripguides.com (the “Platform”). As the Platform provides digital content and planning tools rather than physical goods, no shipping or courier delivery is involved.

1. Nature of Delivery

All Services supplied through the Platform — including Trip Plans/Reports, itineraries, checklists, budget tools, and related outputs — are digital content delivered electronically. There is no physical dispatch, and standard shipping timeframes do not apply.

2. Delivery Method and Timing

  • Dashboard access: once you submit the required trip planning details and your Wallet holds sufficient balance, the applicable Trip Plan/Report is generated and made available in your account dashboard. In most cases this occurs immediately after purchase, subject to Section 3.
  • Email delivery: where the Platform offers to send a copy of a Trip Plan/Report by email, delivery timing will be indicated during the ordering process and may depend on technical factors outside our control, such as your email provider’s filtering.
  • Account requirement: delivery of paid Services requires an active, verified account with sufficient Wallet balance at the time of purchase.

3. Availability and Delays

We provide the Platform and Services on a continuous basis. Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical updates, third-party service failures, or events beyond our reasonable control (see the Force Majeure section of our Terms and Conditions). Where a delay affects delivery of a paid Service, we will notify you and deliver the Service as soon as reasonably possible.

4. Failed or Faulty Delivery

If a paid Service fails to generate or is not delivered due to a fault on our Platform, please contact us at info@yourtripguides.com with your account details and order reference. We will use reasonable efforts to re-deliver the Service (including re-running generation) or, where appropriate, apply a remedy in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

5. No Physical Delivery Charges

As the Platform does not supply physical goods, no delivery, shipping, or postage charges apply to any Service.
